AbiWord–免費Microsoft Word取代軟體，使用起來的「手感」很像Word，也可以另存新檔為DOC檔，在表格及文字的使用上，與微軟有不錯的相容性，不過缺點在於插入的圖片，於Word開啟會有超出頁面的情形。（阿榮）

[2009.03.21] 使用前一定要先從下拉式選單選擇中文字型，否則無法輸入中文，會出現「無法載入中文(台灣)[zh-TW]語言的詞典」的訊息。
